As President and on behalf of the DAAOA Board of Directors and the residents of Douglas Arms Condominiums, I wish to thank you for your help of Tuesday the 21st of October. I happened to be away for the day and our water main sprung a leak.... From all the glowing reports I have heard regarding how quickly you responded to this emergency and to the way your personel handled the situation, you and your company are to be commended. Jim Turner who was acting in my stead was very impressed with both Todd and Scotty for their professionalism and their expertise. Dear Shane,

We want to thank you very much for your fast, professional help. Our water heater had started to leak overnight, so we called the very next morning Pinellas County's #1 Plumber - McGill. Within 2 hours the first of your service men was here to check out the problem. He called immediately that a new water heater was needed. Half an hour later the second man was here with the new water heater. He installed it within no time, and there was nothing to clean after he had left.

Kudos to Ryan and McGill Plumbing

Today, I had to call a plumber for the first time. I called multiple plumbers in the area and got their estimates for my problem. You were most certainly the cheapest out there, and on my college student budget, that is what I needed. I made an appointment and you accommodated my schedule by coming that same day. The plumber, Ryan, showed up promptly and was extremely professional and friendly. It made me feel much more comfortable because I could tell immediately that he knew what he was doing. He went straight to work and did not waste my time (or money.) I really appreciated his service and I will absolutely be using your company again for future services. Keep up the excellent work!

I called you today at about 2:30 with a back up problem. The lady who took the info was very nice and said someone would be out between 3-5. Ernie showed up probably around 4. Came in, saw the situation, heard my story and immediately went to work & fixed the problem. He was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable and taught me about toilet paper. Can't believe at my age I am thinking I was using the right stuff & it turns out no. Well you can teach an old dog new tricks. Anyway thank you all for the great service.

Recently you performed services at our mother's home on South Betty Lane, Clearwater, Florida. First, you were extremely prompt to have someone come out to check a leak we called to report. Then you were prompt to have Ray come to give an estimate for re piping the house. Then John Wolf, Torin and Manny came to begin the re piping process. Each guy was professional, courteous and always kept us updated as to the progress. Each day when they left the premises, you could not tell they had been working inside. They cleaned up each day. For such an unnerving experience for us, they made it seem "Okay" with their positive attitude and made us feel comfortable with their knowledge and professionalism. You can feel proud of their workmanship and their conduct.

On Tuesday, April 26. 2005, we had two toilets replaced with low flow units, and a leaking tub faucet and shower replaced in a 1956 building. I have trepidation prior to such projects due to past experiences. One, we never know what will lay behind the surface work and two, we have had all flavors of service people. I am so very pleased to report that John Wolf arrived on time, and showed such interest in doing the job and pleasing his client. The attention he was giving to detail allowed me to sit back and enjoy the experience rather than worry about the long term outcome. I cannot say enough good things about John. He cleaned both bathrooms before he left to the condition he found them. He worked steadily until the job was done, not even taking a break. He was very considerate of an elderly tenant, showing her how to work her new shower. I can only say, this project was true pleasure. We have called on McGill Plumbing on several projects in the past and Tuesday was a reminder of why I call you! Please extend our sincere thanks to John Wolf. And also to Kurt who helped us in the preliminary stages of scheduling and pricing this job.

Last week we had a water heater leak... so I went in and talked to Kurt as I've done for years. He set me up and sent Ocy out to install it. Great guy! Great job! Then the following week we noticed the faucet on the guest shower was pushed out (open) ever since we installed the water heater... open but the water was not running. So, we called again and out comes Mike. Again, great guy, great job...he replaced the cylinder thing and was gone in 30 minutes. It's funny, you have sent out a lot of different plumbers over the years and all are the same: clean, friendly and know what they are doing. Live you have a clone machine Ha Ha! Well, I just wanted you to know we love you guys!!!
